Light where you need it, from kitchens to parking lots.
Indoor, outdoor and parking lot lighting for homes and commercial properties in Riverside and the Inland Empire.

At home, lighting work is usually about a room that is too dark or a fixture in the wrong place: recessed lights in a kitchen, a fan where a light used to be, motion lights over the driveway, or path lights in the yard. We plan where the light goes, put it on the right switch, and patch up neatly afterwards.
For businesses we do LED retrofits, warehouse and shop lighting, and parking lot lighting from start to finish. That includes trenching the underground runs, setting poles and heads, wall packs, and the photocells and timers that switch them. We also repair and maintain lots that already have lights.
What the job includes
- Recessed, track, under-cabinet and accent lighting
- Ceiling fans and exhaust fans
- LED upgrades for homes, offices and warehouses
- Security, motion and landscape lighting
- Parking lot poles, heads and wall packs
- Underground feeds and trenching for lot lights
- Photocells, timers and lighting controls
- Repair and maintenance of existing lot lighting
Signs it's time to call
- Rooms that need a lamp on in the middle of the day
- Old fluorescent fixtures that hum, flicker or need ballasts
- Dark spots in a parking lot or along a walkway
- Lot lights that stay on all day or never come on
What it costs
Lighting is priced by the number of fixtures and how hard it is to get wire to them. An attic above a kitchen is quick; a finished ceiling with no access takes longer. For parking lots, the trench length and pole count drive the price. We look and quote before we start.
Lights out, or something new to wire? We pick up at any hour.
In most cases, yes. With attic access we fish wire from above and cut only the holes for the lights. Where there is no access, a few small patches may be needed, and we tell you that up front.
Yes. We install new poles and wall packs, run the underground feeds, retrofit old heads to LED, and repair lots where lights are out. Call (951) 545-8822 with the property address.
Often, yes, but the box has to be rated to hold a fan. We check it and replace it with a fan-rated box if needed.
