Charge at home, on a circuit built for it.

Level 2 EV charger installs for homes and businesses across Riverside County and the Inland Empire.

Home EV charger, from our own jobs

A Level 2 charger puts back a day of driving in a few hours, but it pulls a lot of power for a long time. That is a different load from anything else in the house, and it needs its own circuit, the right wire size and a panel that can carry it while the AC is running.

Before we quote a charger we look at the panel. If there is room, the job is a dedicated circuit and a clean run to where you park. If there is not, we tell you what the options are, from load management to a panel upgrade, and what each one costs, so you can decide.

What the job includes

  • Load check on your panel before the quote
  • Dedicated 240 volt circuit sized for the charger
  • Hardwired chargers and NEMA 14-50 outlets
  • Garage, driveway and carport mounting
  • Multi-charger installs for businesses and workplaces
  • Permit and inspection where your city requires it

Signs it's time to call

  • You are charging off a regular outlet and it takes all night and then some
  • You have a charger in the box and nowhere safe to plug it in
  • Your breaker trips when the car and the AC run at the same time
  • Your business wants charging for staff or customers

What it costs

The price depends on the distance from the panel to where you park, whether the panel has room, and whether the wall is open or finished. A short run in a garage next to the panel is the simple case. We look at it and give you the number before we start.

Lights out, or something new to wire? We pick up at any hour.
